FREE Trial: Internet Travel Services, LLC (“we”, “us”, “our” or “ITS”) is offering a 60-day TripEasy promotional campaign (“Trial”) to corporate customers and their authorized representatives (“Customers” or “you”) for certain products and services available on or through the tripeasy.com website (the “Website”).
Eligibility & Registration: The Trial is available for a limited time only to eligible Customers headquartered in the US or Canada who sign up between July 12, 2023, and August 31, 2023, by completing the Trial registration process on this page and creating an account (“Registering”). In Registering for the Trial, you agree to: (i) provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself and your travelers as prompted during the registration process (the “Registration Data”); and (ii) maintain and promptly update the Registration Data to keep it true, accurate, current and complete. If you provide any Registration Data that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we reasonably suspect that you have done so, we may suspend or terminate your account. Within five (5) to ten (10) business days after receipt of the Registration Data, we will activate one arranger login for your account (“Trial Activation”). Company and traveler profile contact information must be provided, as required. After Trial Activation, the Trial period will run for up to sixty (60) days.
What is included in the Trial: Implementation fees waived; Surcharge and online booking fees waived for reservations with low-cost carriers; Single access to Standard (Dynamic) Reports for administrator; Unlimited access to the Website and our mobile application to browse and make reservations; Two (2) policy configurations/settings.
What is not included in the Trial: Custom Reports; Certain fees will apply – including $15 per request for agent assistance on changes to existing bookings, and $25 per request for agent to make bookings directly; HR integration fees, facilitation fees, and third-party, supplier, pass-through or other fees associated with prepaid hotel reservations, international travel, airlines, banks and credit cards; please see the Website Terms of Use for more information.
Additional Terms & Conditions: By Registering, you agree to the Website Terms of Use. If you start the Trial and cancel before it ends, you cannot reactivate the Trial. Additional terms and conditions may appear on the Trial registration web page. The Trial period ends on the earlier of (a) sixty (60) days after your Trial Activation, and (b) the effective date of any active travel management contract signed after your Trial Activation. At the end of the Trial period, your access and booking permissions will be limited and/or removed unless the Trial is converted into an active travel management contract. Certain products and services are not included in the Trial, but are available for you to purchase. Any support related to our products and services may be subject to additional fees. ALL PRODUCTS AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR SUPPORT. We may cancel or change the terms of the Trial at any time without notice to you.
