ITS Crew and Airline Disruption Team Boosted in the UK

ITS, the Travel management company and airline software development company, announces the formation of a new UK based team to build on their Airline IROP & CREW vertical which in the last week of 2021 saw the company manage over 112,000 bookings over a four-day period.

Supported by Paul Spencer, ITS’s UK MD, Claire Lebuhn, a native Brit, has relocated to the UK to spearhead expansion into the UK & Europe.

Claire has over 30 years’ development and solutions engineering experience in the travel industry, 19 of which have been at ITS itself. Claire oversees ITS’s automated re-booking & crew management solutions working alongside low-cost carrier, established airlines and cargo clients.

We’re pleased to have secured our first EU contract for a major airline – and to be able to reinforce our commitment to Tech partners whose expertise in Ground Operations and passenger communications dovetails with our own.
